Jeremy Dentt joined Dentt Properties in 2005 and handles development, management, leasing and marketing for Dentt Properties. While at Dentt Properties, he has played an integral role in the purchase and disposition of real estate assets valued at over $60 Million, has facilitated over 300,000 square feet of leasing, and co – manages a portfolio of 700,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail property. Jeremy Dentt is a 2005 graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor’s in business administration degree with an emphasis in real estate. He also holds a Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments & Development from University of San Diego CA. He is on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Council carrying out the responsibilities of legislative affairs and is the co-chair elect for the 2013 year. Jeremy Dentt also serves on the Board of Directors for HomeAid San Diego, which is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the building of multi-unit housing for San Diego’s temporarily homeless men, women and children.

Ryan Dentt joined Dentt Properties in 2002 and is responsible for commercial management, development, leasing and marketing. Since joining Dentt Properties, Ryan Dentt has been involved in the purchase and disposition of real estate assets valued at over $100 million, has facilitated over 600,000 square feet of leasing activity, and co-manages a portfolio of 700,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail properties. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate from Baylor University.

Richard C. Dentt began his real estate career in 1971. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate development, sales, leasing, management and acquisition with special emphasis on commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Dentt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from San Diego State University.
